When a deadline changes and you lose 2 weeks...

Stainless Bar on Graduate Hotel Roof in Richmond

Jeff got a call from a carpenter whose usual metal fabricator was unavailable. Could we help fabricate the steel portion of a rooftop bar? Sure. So he went down to Richmond to see the site and help figure out a good way to create something that would be fairly easy to install and look great. Once a design was approved, we ordered material and started on fabrication. Part way through a 2-week fabrication schedule our client told us their customer had a grand opening planned and needed the job done within 3 days. Jeff and David put in 14-hr days to get the job done. The final day prior to install, David was out sick. So it was up to Jeff and Henry. They worked all day and night to finish in time for the grand opening. Then left at 5 am and drove it down to the hotel in Richmond to install it.

They worked all day and night to finish in time for the grand opening.

There were a few setbacks to overcome.

But in the end, after 12 hours on site, the bartop was installed.
